I like that it is very easy to use for my clients who are new to using online surveys or have never used them before! It's also super helpful when you're trying to get feedback from your employees about their experience at work as well as how they feel in general (or any other questions). There are no other features that stand out as much as Viamn's ability to track profiles within one system- whether it be salesforce or another application like JIRA. It's an easy platform to use for all employees in your organization as it can be used by anyone at any level of experience or skill set without needing special training from HR personnel (or even IT).
