It's an easy platform to use for all employees in your organization as it can be used by anyone at any level of experience or skill set without needing special training from HR personnel (or even IT). I have been able improve my job search process over time through this tool - which has helped me build relationships within companies that were not previously known about when looking online! As far as downsides go? Nothing really comes up often but you could probably think outside-the box if something did come across :) The best thing is how fast everything runs once we get started using their services because they are very responsive whenever needed!!
