I love that Viamn is simple to use, yet has so many customizations you can create for each profile or member of your organization. There are no other features that stand out as much as Viamn's ability to track profiles within one system- whether it be salesforce or another application like JIRA. I would also recommend adding in some customization options such as allowing users to pick from different templates if they don't want to write their own. It's an easy way to store all performance management information in one place. For example, we've used Viamn to document employee development plans and goals, which have helped us stay organized. We're able to easily update employees' progress through this platform instead of emailing them individually.
