This is the third vibrastait I own. These irons are better for our family than any other, but there is one major issue that needs to be addressed. These irons just don't work anymore. They can no longer be switched on. The latter stopped working after only 2 1/2 months. Other reviews seem to indicate this is an ongoing problem. The seller MUST fix this. I am a 25 year stylist and I am not ruling out the best irons I have ever used and will use! If I use a different brand and it doesn't vibrate then I think it's just broken! I have one that I have been using daily in the salon for 3 years to do keratin treatments and it still works! Many Thanks.

I bought this iron in July. Has worked great until today. So I used 5 minutes in the morning then it died, nothing. Unplugged, let cool, plugged back in nothing, no light, no heat, no vibration. By the time he even opened it he says 90. I called Revain they said I had to call the manufacturer. I'm still paying him Revane. Don't waste your money on this product which is not even endorsed by Revain.

The product was delivered on time, warms well and really vibrates. He loves to vibrate so much that he doesn't want to stop. My wife has to squeeze and open it several times to stop the vibration. We didn't try to return it because she didn't want the hassle so we're not sure about the company's customer service.
