Wow I love this thing

I didn't have high expectations for this thing but wow it works great. It was more than I expected which was actually good. It's not an overbearing vibe, which suits me very well. Also has a good grip with it. Big relief for my tennis elbow

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Imperfect massage tool and device design

I really wanted this device to work; Reasonable price, nice features. BUT when rolling it keeps turning off when the power button is pressed. Maybe this wouldn't have happened if the power button had been pushed in further. However, it is very frustrating to activate it in such a way that it turns itself off after a few seconds if you use it without a handle. Heat takes a long time to develop, and that's another idea that just isn't well thought out here. Only used as a lacrosse ball…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Excellent Trigger Point Pain Relief

I have problems with my right rotator cuff muscles. One (maybe two) of these is under my arm and it hurts like hell to move my arm up or forward, a movement I used to take for granted. I used a simple lacrosse ball to put pressure on the trigger points of the rotator cuff muscles in the upper back. The warmth and friction from this helps relieve pain in the muscles under the arm around the shoulder blades. I have to be careful not to overdo it - which is easy to do - otherwise it increases pain

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Obsolete
