Secure and convenient placement of release button

It's embarrassing to admit it took me a minute or two to figure out how to place the 'clamp' so it stabilizes properly, but when it does properly is made, it is very strong and light supports my iphone 12 pro. I've attached an image to make it easier for other people in the future. The phone stays in place and the unlock button is right where my thumb was when I grabbed my phone. get out of the car, so it's a very simple process of placing/attaching and detaching/taking. Great mount. for 30 days.

I really liked this phone holder. I'm a truck driver so admittedly it's better for me than most people who buy it. The first one I bought broke on the swivel just after a month of buying it. I figured it was my fault, maybe I adjusted it too many times when it was too tight. I have ordered another one. I left this pretty loose on the swivel the whole time, and the same for 3 weeks. We live in the country and most of our roads are bad. When we upgraded the iPhone 11 we found that our magnetic air vent mount was not fully attached and after dropping the phone several times we searched and found something safer. Not all roses are better in accessories

Had to change the star rating from 4 to 1. Just doesn't work as expected. After screwing in the screw that held the air vent in place, the handles just wouldn't hold the air vent and kept falling off. Last window to come back so it was less than 8pm. Installed in my 2004 GMC Yukon. The device is ok, but maybe not for this truck. The vents move back and forth, up and down, and there wasn't enough legroom to get a good grip on the dash. This is an impressive phone mount

Installation. I attached the base to the vent with a clamp. Lightweight and very durable. Then I connected the holder to the base and tightened it. The mount is adjustable so you can maneuver for the best viewing angles. Connected to Phone - The mount has a padded back and grips on the sides to protect your phone. I have a Samsung Note 10 Plus and since it is an expensive phone and I am a very careful person I bought a waterproof case for it.
