I love this thing! Update

I installed this on the center vent which keeps it cool and highly visible without taking your eyes off the road. After 3 months of use I want to deduct 2 stars. It's loosened up, so my phone shakes while driving when the road is a bit bumpy, causing the settings to change. So instead of navigating, he can switch to camera mode or email mode or whatever option he chooses.

Excellent quality! for car accessories

I really like this car phone holder because it has two options, you can either mount it on the dashboard or put it in the air vent, very flexible! So for those who like me don't know where is the best place for car phone mount, try this product, you can try both options and choose the one you like! The quality is also very good, especially each connecting part is strong and difficult to break. Easy to assemble! Highly recommended!

Extension is great. The build quality is first class. I installed it on the dash and it holds the phone well and doesn't bounce much on a bumpy road - very well made. The suction cup is way better than others I've used. This phone holder is great for our Pixel 4a 5G phones with slim TPU case. You can just throw your phone right in. The suction cup works great. My biggest concern is the ball joint at the end of the mount. If you try to mount it on the windshield in the usual way, the pivot is not enough to turn the holder towards the driver.
