14 inch plastic blade cover and nice handle.

I love this knife a thousandfold. It's super sharp and I'm not one of those people to say it's not sharp because they claim it's the best sharpener in the world lol no it's super sharp out of the box. it still happens, i haven't hit the rock or the pole yet. It has a comfortable handle and a plastic overlay on the blade. The blade alone is 14 inches and is tough.

Economy knife, the best of cutlery and knife accessories

This product is intended for home use, although it is of commercial quality. It's not fancy, but it does the job. This is not an everyday knife, it is mainly used to separate the chest from the cap. It's very sharp and effective at a reasonable price. I don't know if it can stand up to everyday use by a commercial low quality butcher, but half a dozen times a year we need it it will definitely get the job done.

All Victorinox knives in this "Fibrox " line have a very good price-performance ratio and go with a wide range of knives.

All Victorinox knives in this "Fibrox" line offer very good value for money and are suitable for a wide range of users and abilities. However, this is kind of a little, well, kind of a little machete. Or "rather short sword". It's quite heavy, like kitchen knives, and definitely long. Butchers often use slightly thinner/lighter/flexible cimeter/scimitar knives, but this one definitely falls into the "not flimsy" category. or originally, it will do.
