The base is poorly constructed, causing the monitor to lean forward. There is no way to adjust forward or backward tilt, so I figured the base wouldn't tilt forward. It makes sense that the base is flat, right? I had to use doorstops to keep the screen at a 90 degree angle. Not impressed.

I found this monitor through Wirecutter and bought it specifically for the USB-C connectivity. The monitor works fine with the HDMI dongle, but the USB-C connection to my MacBook Pro 2020 doesn't work. If you value a USB-C connection, look elsewhere.

I am very happy that I bought this monitor. I use it with my Macbook Pro. The included cable plugs directly into my computer and charges my computer, eliminating the need for me to connect additional cables. The size is spot on and I am very happy with my purchase.

This monitor is perfect for WFH, it works on both PC and MAC. PC drivers need to be downloaded, MAC works out of the box. I had to carry a separate Thunderbolt 3 cable since we had them at work ($40). At first it didn't work, after installing the driver and rebooting, I had to plug in the laptop first, then power the monitor, and boom, it's working. Sometimes I have to repeat the process for MAC, but PC works fine. Tested on Dell E7480 and MBP (2018) 15" and 13".

I should have read the reviews first. USB-C does not work with Mac as others have stated. The HDMI connection works very well. If you buy this monitor for its USB-C capability and you're using a Mac, it won't work. Someone mentioned a $40 Belkin USB cable, making this monitor a little over $200. Still a low price for USB-C, but I'd take it lightly if you're a Mac user.

Hello, I just got this and installed it with a Macbook 12. I set it up correctly, but I may have missed something small. I immediately noticed that the quality of the text is not clear and sharp at all. If so, I feel like the good reviews of Wirecutter have misled me. It was a "budget choice" but I didn't think it meant a bad resolution! If I fix this I'll update the review, but be careful now!

I don't like everything about this monitor but for what I want it's great. The speakers are tiny and could be left out. The stand looks like cheap plastic but actually has a heavy metal base. It's all more solid than the marketing photos portray. The monitor itself came out in 2019 in my opinion, making it one of the latest 24-inch IPS monitors (the latest monitors are larger). The ports offer some forward compatibility (while also offering D-Sub backwards compatibility, no kidding). I use mine
