My original remote stopped working a few days ago. I have replaced the batteries. It still didn't work. I got that from Amazon. Surprised by the cheap price. It came today. I put two batteries in and it worked right away. I was only three days without a remote control. The delivery was very quick.

I broke my TV remote and thought I would have to buy an expensive universal remote. I am so glad this product was made as it is almost identical in every way to the original I had. Bought when I lost my Samsung remote. It was a good price compared to buying Samsung parts but you get what you pay for. The buttons aren't actually backlit, only the volume and channel buttons are backlit, so I feel duped. After buying this I bought one through Samsung because we watch TV at night when we do this and I love being able to see the buttons without having to get up and turn on the light.
