Cute dress best in my review

This dress is adorable and I love it! My only complaint is that it's a bit tight in the upper arm area and I'm gonna have to alter it

  • Versatile and still great looking.

  • The waist line was very short. It was more empire fitting, with the waist line just under the breast.
