Premium Viper Astro 80% Tungsten Soft Tip Darts Set with Convenient Storage/Travel Case Review

This is my wife's first good dart set. She likes the weight and the feel. Our only problem are flights that others have identified. I don't see this as a huge disadvantage since most players replace flights anyway.

It was in stock. I don't know anything about darts so buying it was risky. My son who is a darts player loves them! He said they are very well weighted and comfortable to use. They were well packaged with additional parts as advertised. Really good gift.

I'm not a darts pro but I like these. They throw consistently and I can get a pretty good shot with them. I like how they are weighted. Not too heavy but larger than a regular dart which suits my throwing style well. They look cool too, and that's just as important!

Bought for a friend but had to try it. They seem afraid of the bullseye as they rarely end up there. Yes, I'm pretty sure it's not my natural ability. They really are excellent darts. Well balanced, good grip and good looking. They came in a small hard case with extra spans for throwing. Good value for money.

Do not buy, not worth the money. The barrels are great but the dart flight set was beaten. The arrow was bent and the paint on one of the sticks had chipped. Also, the extra attachments that should have been included were not in the case or box. It looks like they have been used. For fifty bucks it's really bad and disappointing.

As you can see the darts I received are not the ones I ordered in the picture. I had several different sets of darts and ordered these because I tried them on a friend and liked them. The ones I received seem very light - definitely not 18g. I hate the hassle of sending things back so I will record loss but be aware you may receive very different darts than pictured!

It's no joke, the first time I've thrown 3 bulls with these darts. My friend just bought them and asked if I would like to try them. Of course I don't think the darts are 100% responsible for this, but they definitely suit my style of play. They hold together well and the case they come in is actually usable unlike some other dart cases I've seen. The knurled handle gives me a lot of grip. I don't feel like they're slipping out of my fingers.

I've only had these a month and they are great darts but a little heavy for a soft tip board. They come in 16 or 18 grams and I went for 16. I wish they were 14 grams but after a little research it's hard to find many 14 gram tungsten darts. These Vipers have a good grip and fairly thin barrel with good stocks and tips and a fairly nice aluminum body. The slats are thin and thin, and I changed them immediately. I would recommend them to any decent shooter, they are too heavy in my opinion.
