DO NOT BUY! I never write reviews, but I had to write about this. I was really looking forward to this product because of the many good reviews. When I got my shower head it broke! There was a crack in the ball where the shower head rotates and detaches and the seal was broken! Then after I turned it on, the hose exploded and broke! VERY VERY FINISHED.

I can't even explain how happy I am with this purchase. At first I was worried because I wasn't sure if the high blood pressure would even show up, but it definitely is. It's such a relaxing experience that leaves your hair and skin so soft. I have hard water and I've noticed a big difference in the cleanliness of the water. Can't wait to change the rest of the shower heads.

I installed it myself using only the instructions that came with it. I recommend putting teflon tape on all threaded parts including the shower head they provide. After fixing it and checking the tightness, I used the shower head and it works great. The pressure of the water is very strong but misty so it doesn't hurt. I recommend this product to anyone who is on a budget but cares about their skin.

I was very happy to use this product. First, it doesn't install as smoothly as advertised. You can't tighten it properly so the water comes out a little. Second, it is very strong. This shower head is great. After a few weeks of use I can definitely see a difference in my hair. So soft! This helps remove debris from my apartment's old pipes and creates a kind of soft water.
