READ CAREFULLY 30C IS TLR ONLY

I accidentally read and bought these tires thinking they were a bargain. I didn't know unless you read TLR in the actual description, this is NOT a tubeless tire. Vittoria Rubino Pro G2.0 could be a good tire, I don't know. What I can say is if you are looking for a tubeless bike tire that is not 700x30c then look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing here

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Tires

Don't buy these tyres, they will kill you. These tires are not tubeless. I contacted Vittoria directly and received the following response. ready" or "TLR" or both on the tyre. If you don't see either of these descriptions on the tyre, it is not a tubeless ready tyre. Please contact us for further assistance upon your return.Kind regards Luke

I ordered 2 and the protection does not fit

I ordered 2 of these tires, one for the front and one for the rear. They both fit great but when I mounted them I noticed that one had a good deep tread on the tire and the other didn't. Looks like it should have had protection, but it didn't print properly, did it? I don't know how they are made. Anyway, it really stands out and I'm not sure I want to bother taking it off and putting it back on while waiting to get back on my bike...

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Great tyres! for tires

Only ridden 27 miles but managed to improve my average speed significantly. It went from 28c to 25c with the same profile on the tires. These tires look great, fit well and have a good grip on the road. After a century of posting it, I'll update my review from there. OK. Yesterday I rode more than 100 km cross-country. They were great on all asphalt and concrete surfaces! No slipping, no punctures in bumps and no binding. Densely packed gravel is fine, loose gravel is not. (It's the 25th.)โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Almost OK

Great tires for club riding

I had a few sets of Rubino Pro 2.0 "Allround" (700x25) tires and was very happy with them. They have a good flexible ride, don't flex too often and last a long time. You probably won't use them for racing but they seem perfect for training and club outings. Note: The pressure range listed on the sidewalls is 100-130psi, but I usually run mine at 90psi rear and 80psi front, which is fine, and so far I've never had any pinching (I'm 195# and ride a Gunnar -road bike with HED Belgium+ rims). fwiwโ€ฆ

NOT TUBELESS READY!

I read the reviews and noticed that a lot of people say the tires are not tubeless even though the tire name says "TUBELESS READY". Some reviews said the "black" should be tubeless, which I did. Well, the tires have arrived and it's a foldable, tubeless-ready version. I don't write many reviews but I'm an avid road cyclist and I know if someone puts these tires on tubeless you can really hurt yourself if they fail while riding and especially downhill. You can actually die from a high speed tire

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Poor manual
