Bought a size 18 for my 14 year old son. The shirt fits great. The tie was too short. It's basically an oversized baby tie, which doesn't make any sense. We ended up buying a proper tie that can be adjusted in length. Shirt and suspenders are great. This is a pretty neat/unique set. Just plan on another tie option.
