Hardware not included. So if you already have it, it won't fit standard pocket hardware such as Ride Right or Firestone. Be prepared to receive new fittings. Also check the dimensions on the mounting points to make sure they are legible as they vary in size from the others. I replaced the Firestone bags on my Chevy 3500 with these and only had issues with the fit. No big deal, just gotta know.
