Got the first remote, didn't work. At all. Checked that this is a suitable remote control for the TV, checked the batteries. Contacted the seller to try and resolve the issue. They asked for my order number which I then gave. . . radio silence. OK, I'll get it back. Got the 2nd remote control. . . Not only that, this one doesn't work either. . . But it's also broken! A bunch of junk.

My previous Vizio remote was already performing poorly and for some reason about half of the buttons stopped working. I bought this as a replacement and my TV was one of the models listed for this remote. This replacement appears to be a genuine OEM product and is almost identical to my remote that came with the TV I bought in 2014 or somewhere. It worked directly from plastic with batteries.

Thanks to the position of the battery cover, this remote control stays in place much better. To open the lid, you need to press it firmly. Drops never open the battery compartment. We've had the remote for over 4 months and it's still working. Oh, and by the way, I have three young children who are clumsy with the remote control. The streaming video buttons also work with the smart tv I have!

I love Vizio products, but the spectacle is in the products, not the remotes. Remote controls can be used but cheap quality. My keyboard on this product stopped working after two days and that was the only reason I bought the remote control. The remote itself still works, but not the keyboard. I cannot recommend or recommend these products as as I said the Vizio Remotes are not the best. However, I have a few friends who have this remote and have had no problems.

This remote control works great with my Vizio TV. Lost the TV remote after several moves. I was a bit concerned when I ordered that it might not work because the price was so good. I chose this remote control because it looks exactly like the one I had before. When I got this remote it was so easy to unbox the remote, put in new batteries and boom, like that. I have a remote control that works the same as the one I got when I bought the TV.

It was an almost exact replica of the OED. A few programmed keys at the top were different but because these were newer services. The device is a bit lighter than the original - the plastic used was a bit thinner. It worked great from the minute we put the batteries in. We didn't have to do anything at all to sync it. However, I do notice that the text on a few buttons is starting to wear out after just a few months of use. The original took years for the button text to wear out.
