After failing to program a pair of universal remotes by entering codes as instructed but still not working it was nice to put batteries in and turn on the TV straight away!

Vizio charges almost $30 for a replacement. This one costs less than $10 at Revain. I put the batteries in and it worked right away. I can't tell the replacement from the original by putting them side by side!

This product worked as expected. Unlike your customer service who does not listen to the reason for my call to customer service. And the call to give me another chance only exacerbates the problem. The Give Me Another Chance support staff should know why it has come to this. Talk to each other

Batteries installed, work great. The remote control no longer worked on the old VIZIO TV. I don't know if it was the remote control or the TV. It was economical enough to try and sure enough the old remote failed. This is identical to the original, so it should be the same remote just renamed.

I ordered this remote in hopes it would be a suitable replacement for the vizio vx32l hdtv10a and it arrived on time - less than a week; I put in 2 batteries and BINGO! All my troubles are over! It was clean, seemingly brand new, the thickness is excellent for my slightly arthritic hands, and all the buttons are there!

All functions work. Looks just like the original. The only minor issue was that the front panel had a generic "Remote" label instead of Visio. I made a little Visio sticker so I can identify which TV this remote is controlling. It's also fairly inexpensive, simpler than a universal remote, and arrived quickly (earlier than promised I think).

My Vizio VR1 TV remote arrived on time in an airsoft mail bag, perfect condition, no batteries. In any case, I like to use brand new batteries.
