Great platform, good support and features

I like that we can use it at home as well! The customer service has been amazing so far - they are quick with responding questions or concerns you may have about using their product/service (we're new!). We've had issues when logging into online accounts but after contacting them via phone call things seemed fine again within an hour!! Not much yet-but there's only one free feature available which allows us to see who checked out what item while browsing through virtual items for sale from…

This mobile checkins tool works great but we wish there were more features

I love how easy it is for my team to use this software! I can see who looks at what from anywhere using my iPad or phone. I really don't like that you have to be logged into the system before entering each room/area you are walking through with your clients - seems too much hassle just to get them checked-in quicker than they currently do. Make sure you look at all other options first (such as having an app installed) if this one doesn't seem ideal. We are able to easily keep track of who has…

  • Viewing stats about individual rooms / areas visited by users very helpful &/or not so great depending upon user's perspective :)

Easy and seamless integration: Vizitor

I like that this was integrated into our system so seamlessly! The speed at which it works makes sense for us too since there are a LOT of people who come through the front door daily. We also love how easy it is to add additional greeters throughout the day via their own screen sharing software (like Zoom).
