The product should be 4-5 stars like most reviews. However, the case I received was obviously defective. I could barely, and I mean ONLY, open it. I've tried many ways of opening this thing: different handles, squeezing and squeezing from different angles, even using a screwdriver as if it were a can of paint. I've been using this product for over a year and a half and I'm happy with it. I use mine exclusively for micro SD cards and they fit very well in the silicone and don't fall out even if the case is opened halfway. It took a while to figure out the best way to use them as silicone can be a bit finicky, but I haven't had any issues with it lately.
