The product should be 4-5 stars like most reviews. However, the case I received was obviously defective. I could barely, and I mean ONLY, open it. I've tried many ways of opening this thing: different handles, squeezing and squeezing from different angles, even using a screwdriver as if it were a can of paint. The plastic was clearly not molded properly. Finally, after 20 minutes of non-stop closing and struggling to reopen, I just left the case open, accepting the idea that it was the only way to avoid the hassle. Then I realized that this was not for me and reluctantly contacted the seller. When I explained the problem to VKO, my concerns were dismissed and I was even slightly offended. Exact Quote "We are confident that this is not a defective product. We believe you will not find a safe way to open it." I have other VKO SD card cases and am very satisfied. This case also appears to be very good (probably 4 stars but maybe 5) so I was very disappointed that it had a fatal opening defect. Instead of helping the buyer with a real complaint I was told to return the product. For a $9 item, that's a lot of wasted time and effort, aside from the answer I'm opening the plastic box wrong. Maybe you have luck. and get a working case. If so, it should suit your needs well. If not, be prepared for VKO customer service to have little to no understanding of you and the cost of your time to return a $9 defective item.
