Compact and easy to use

Never had a problem with it. It's small and reads my CAC right away. I love it so far. I've only been using it for a week so I don't know how it will hold up.

Died after 4 months

Nothing to say. Worked four months. Now, four months later, he no longer reads the card. I know the card is good because it works in other readers. There are currently no returns or refunds.

Nice CAC Reader for Mac Book Pro

This product was horrible to install but I don't think it is related to the product itself. I find installing a CAC card reader on your laptop is just a painful time due to all the certifications etc required. The product itself worked well, is reliable and serves its purpose. I love that it fits perfectly in the new Mac Book Pro slots!
