continue error. Bad product.

Total POS NO COST! Doesn't work at all. The event would not recognize voice commands. Initialization request never passed. AND, TO ADD THE DAMAGE TO THE INJURY - By the time I was able to get to my mum to set it up, my return window had expired and Revain wouldn't let me return it. complete failure.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Voice dialing doesn't cost a month

I bought this device so my father can keep using the phone as his eyesight has gotten worse. Unfortunately this thing made 2 good calls and when dad tried to call someone it kept calling the same number over and over. Put one thing aside. Waste of money in our case.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Bad dialing

Just follow the instructions carefully and the installation will work well enough. He can even handle Grandma talking to him before he says the name of the person she wants to call. Very reliable so far! We installed it and taped it to the bottom of the table where the phone is.

Pros
  • Easy to use

Such a stress reliever!

I don't know why it has such bad reviews. It saved me and my mom so much frustration! She was in the very early stages of Alzheimer's. So dialing a phone number was very uncomfortable for her and a smartphone was out of the question as her mind was just starting to work. I was so happy when I found this! She could just press a button and say the name of the person she needed to call, the product has never had a problem and we've been using it for about a year. She was also struggling with a…

very useful but on landlines

I bought this for my brother who is mostly blind, elderly, disabled and in a nursing home. This was very helpful to him and rarely caused any problems. It is important to follow the instructions and use two names for each person e.g. B. Jim Jones to make sure it works properly. However, I must add that the product sent to me was supposed to be new, but after a few months of use I accidentally discovered that it had been used before and still has the previous owner's name on it. When I called…

Worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon

I would give this a ZERO start if possible. This was the worst product I have ever bought. The device was designed for my 87 year old mother with macular disease so she could call her children and friends. Her eyesight does not allow her to dial a phone number. After installation, the device worked flawlessly for about a month. She got problems with the device not recognizing the requested name. We regrouped the group and emphasized that they should pronounce the name the same way each time…

Really great product for the person who can't choose

First I have to say that the product is not perfect. Bought for my visually impaired mother. Because it is programmed to work with only one person's voice, that person must clearly write down the name for the programmed caller numbers. Additionally, names beginning with soft consonants (e.g. F, H, L, P, R, S, V, W) are sometimes not clearly understood by the dialer, and it shuffles and dials one of the other recorded names. To compensate, write the appended word to the name to make it easier to
