I assumed (ERROR) this would fit a 20" LG LCD TV ordered for a customer Mounting holes do not match match the TV holes. In fact, the holes on the back don't match any of the TVs I've tried. For mounting I had to drill holes in the plate. I paid $125 for a wall mount that doesn't fit LG TVs.

Works exactly as advertised. We also bought an Amazon service to install for my mother-in-law who lives out of town and was very nervous about the project and the service. Everything went smoothly and professionally. So easy - what a great addition to Amazon. I don't think we would attempt to do this for mum without being able to arrange a service for the installation.

I think it's great that this wall bracket almost disappears in the background thanks to the silver bracket when extended. At first I was sorry that the hand itself wasn't white, but I realized that maybe it's even better because it's not as noticeable. It stretches left, right, up and down. Very good. ONE CAUTION: one part was missing - a thumbscrew and an Allen key. So far we've waited about a week because the company is headquartered in the Netherlands. I'm still waiting.

This is a very nice mount, nicely designed so I don't mind if it's visible when the TV is rotated . Handles my 38lb TV with ease. My only complaint has to do with how it screws to the wall. There are three holes in the plate that attaches to the wall, and the top and bottom holes are oversized, three times larger than the diameter of the screws that go through them. This mount is amazing! I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about this product because it has transformed my entire home. I'm moving into a small 1BR with awkward wall space and the only solution for the TV would be to mount it. The problem was that there was a huge fuse box where I wanted to install the TV. Great product. Extremely durable. All I had to do was use WD40 to make it easier to push, pull and tilt. --------------- Update: After a few months of use I decided to give 2 stars. The force required to tilt the TV cannot be reduced. Tilting the TV involves tilting it by effectively grabbing the TV and pulling down from the top of the screen.
