Faulty Butt Connectors Ruin Wiring Projects

These industrial and scientific wire connectors are downright terrible. I've used them on several occasions and every time, they fail to connect properly. The only upside is the price, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, these butt connectors are just a waste of time and money.

Convenient storage case

The product came out easily from the small jar. The sleeves match the wire size well. Solder requires a lot of heat to melt. I used a heat gun and several attempts didn't give good adhesion or something was melting around. I had to redo a few joints. The good news is that the heat shrink was difficult to remove, so it's a good physical bond to hold the wires together.

This product really works! This is the easiest way to solder your wires!

These splices are very easy to use and always make a great connection! The outer heat shrink tubing is very snug and helps secure the solder joint securely. I use them in hard-to-reach places where it's difficult to attach the wires with ordinary soldering. The result is a very professional waterproof solder joint visible through the clear heat shrink tubing!
