Description of ⚡️ Mini Digital DC Voltmeter: Waterproof, Dustproof, Drop Resistant Tester - 3 Colours (Red, Green, Yellow)

This is a great Mini Digital DC Voltmeter with new features: Waterproof, dustproof and drop resistant. The decimal point is automatically shifted. When the voltage below 10V, the number of digits displayed on the voltmeter is 0.01; When higher than 10V, the number of digits displayed on the voltmeter is 0.1 and is automatically shifted. High precision; Reverse connection protection. Detection voltage: DC 3.0V 30V; Working current:200mS / times; Measurement Accuracy:3 %; The maximum working voltage: 30 v; Operating temperature: -10 +65 °C. I wish I had 50-100 things like this decades ago

I'm EE. For decades. Around 1975 I almost built my own digital voltmeter. I've forgotten why I didn't, but it wasn't because I found a bunch of them, although I wish I had. . I have things at work that I want to measure and also things at home. So I will definitely buy them soon. Too bad I can't put them on my solar panels. Although I could use a simple resistor divider. Make it 2:1, the number I want to see is 24V then double it for the actual one. (I have many resistors to do this with…

Small, light, precise. They are amazing!

Great! they are small, light and very accurate. I compared their readings with my digital voltmeter and they agreed to within a hundredth of a volt. This started with a single cell 3.7V battery plus four cells to see if the readings were accurate over the full range of the device. Exactly. The set contains 5 pieces in different colors. I love them, I will use them on my racing quads, my microcontroller projects, my solar energy projects, everything! I hooked one up to a standard XT60 connector…

Pros
  • High precision; Reverse polarity protection
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Affordable and small, draws about 10mA, set and forget.

Everything worked fine, most were blocked with my DMM, two were clipped at 0.03V. The DMM, which is a current clamp meter in the mA range and is much more accurate than whatever I have, gave me 00A. I double checked the spec and its resolution is 1mA so that should have worked. If I find time I'll check with a third DMM so I can give you a good average power consumption. The power consumption is so important to me and maybe few of you because I connect it to a battery with a small solar panel…
