Great fan. Slightly noisy at top speed, reasonable volume at medium and fairly quiet at low speed. I just keep it low 99% of the time and that keeps me from feeling like I need to take it higher. I have a business in an unfinished basement. I leave it unfinished because I can hang all sorts of tools and stuff on the rafters.
