Intuitive and friendly data visualization tool

The ability of being able find key metrics, using an API-driven model is really powerful - I think it's one aspect what makes this product unique compared other similar products like Zoomly or Google BigQuery etc., because you're always getting something new! Sometimes there are limitations for users coming from specific software/data source environments such as SSAS / SQL Server Data Warehouse databases where our reporting tools have much more advanced features so we don't use all functions…

Pros
  • Easy accessibility anytime &amp everywhere.
  • Great support team to get assistance in case needed which happens pretty rare nowadays anyway :) ! And also super fast response times too!!!:)
Cons
  • A bit confusing how data gets saved into database (or whatever) that can be hard t figureout once some complex formulas with many dependencies come through
