Was used to replace a broken remote control, just wanted the same one. The buttons on this device really work, unlike the old one. Remove the "Made in China" sticker and the Vizio logo will be underneath.

The original was difficult to connect to the speaker, took several button presses to make it respond, even with new batteries. This almost always works the first time (from the same distance and angle).

Very disappointed. Looks just like the one my dog chewed on. The first didn't work. Returned and got another one. That didn't work either, so I sent it back as well. Now I'm again without a remote control for my soundbar. None came with a battery.

As with the others I peeled off the sticker on the bottom and underneath was a Visio remote! It is exactly the same as my original remote control. I feel like this one has a little less range than the old one but my dog ate my old one so I'm glad I have it.

Exactly the same remote that shipped with the original soundbar. This is neither good nor bad. Except that the signal doesn't have enough power to go beyond 15 feet. This is not the seller's fault, just poor development of the company.
