The original remote for the Visio Soundbar has been dropped and no longer works. I've been without for at least a few months! Things we take for granted. I had no idea I could buy a replacement from Revain. As soon as I found out I bought 2. Received the remotes, took them out of the box, they both worked like clockwork. I suspect the VSB210WS has a software issue that is refusing to receive signals from the remote control. I have two factory remotes and neither works with the soundbar. One day the first one just stopped working. I want to update the software, but the soundbar doesn't have a USB port for software updates. Both of my remotes have good batteries. That means you have to use all the controls with the buttons on the soundbar.
