For the price, know this was not a wise choice. Doesn't register caller ID every time. My sister called and didn't make an appointment. They also called from a cell phone - nothing. In addition, the time on the phone was not set when we first called. The tech couldn't fix the problem so he went back to XP Passport. I'm still waiting for a loan.

Ordered a refurbished V-Tech phone to replace the one that accidentally went into the washing machine and broke as a result (electronics and water immersion is not a good idea!) This phone was a bit difficult to set up. The basics are very simple, but the phone doesn't give you enough time to add names and numbers and you have to start over to fill in the details.
