📱 VTech Peppa Learning Phone Review

I really wanted this product to be liked and the 3 year old was thrilled to open it first. This excitement quickly dissipated as she had difficulty hearing him and was unable to speak. In short, the volume is low and cannot be changed. Also the chat feature doesn't work and voice activation doesn't work either. The specs are misleading so be careful.

Bought this toy just over a year ago and now have to buy it again. He stopped working, called the company and found that the manufacturer's warranty is only 90 days, so basically bullshit. My 3 year old loves Peppa Pig and all the characters so will I have to replace him or let her use my Apple 12. I have bought many Vtech products for them and have always been impressed with the quality, but this is not the case.

The sound of this toy is VERY quiet! My daughter is 21 months old and had to constantly hold the phone to her ear to listen, which prevented her from playing with it. She was confused and quickly lost interest. It's very quiet. I don't understand why V-Tech did this. Listen to reviews that say this toy is underpriced because it is. I'm sad because I thought it would be the right toy for her to play with for a while. Give it back and get the Peppa Pig Sound Book in return.
