    Best Quality in Exterior Accessories downgraded

    I bought this separately. The first two were fantastic! The vinyl was thick, glossy, and bubbles popped out easily. The third roll I received was noticeably thinner, not as shiny, had texture and air bubbles were easily trapped and very difficult to squeeze out. I think since I ordered the same product I will receive the same product as before. Very disappointed.

    Good adhesion, good shape

    The vinyl on this tape is stronger than many others I've used. As a result, he usually tolerates small bends, but any difficult work requires cutting the tape and overlapping other parts. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as over-stretching indicates likely shrinkage and movement when heated in the sun. At this point the tape has been on the chrome for a little over a month and is holding up well. If I find it necessary to update this review at a later date, I will do so.

    Not a fan/Low quality

    I had high hopes. I'm smooth, I blacked out about a dozen cars. I used gloss black to cover the chrome window trim on my wife's Grand Cherokee. It was impossible to put it on without leaving a lot of hairline scratches on it. Looks good from 15ft, but looks like crap up close (and I don't REALLY think it's going to stick in very many car washes). Overall it just didn't look good and I'm too picky to pay 1/2 for $$.     Worked like a champ, looks great!

    First time for me; and it was easy. Make sure you get 2 inches or maybe 3 inches, even though most of the leftovers are wrapped up and you'll need enough to cover them all at once. Looks great and is holding up well. Great lightweight stylish mod 2007 BMW 335i shown. Amateur work with their own hands. Tip: Clean the surface with diluted alcohol first, then dry with a hair dryer or heat gun, apply and then heat to ensure the film does not shrink or show chrome around the edges. Fantastic product

    Be careful. Some roles are bad

    Be careful with this product. Depending on the roll size, you may receive lower quality vinyl. For example, I bought a 6 inch wide roll and it was awful. Very, very thin and not very shiny. And on the back of the paper it said something like "Z Zwischenkot". I can only imagine what stood for the medium caliber. And it was a boy. It tore very easily and barely stretched without the application of heat. This is the scenario where you really do get what you pay for. I ended up buying a 3M branded…
