The film is ok at best. I first bought 3M vinyl which was a little tricky to install but was definitely worth the extra effort as it adheres to surfaces very well. This product has practically no adhesive properties. It's still on my car but it's peeling off in corners. It's also not as stretchy as real vinyl, so it doesn't always want to stick to corners/edges.

This is a very gloss black that goes well with the rest of my fairing but isn't very flexible for cleaning, it's not very sticky. My suggestion is to buy an extra cast for bugs and a heat gun for each type of curve. I just installed it, I don't really think it will stay on my machine, time will tell.

It will take a few times if you've never done this before, the chrome sticks out like a sore thumb at every little flaw so it definitely takes some patience. This is my 3rd order for this stuff, I made a few mistakes, you can't hide mistakes with this stuff, this chrome just shows through every little hole, make sure you have a sharp blade and a heat gun, Vvivid really makes some good vinyl that is easy to work with but very gentle in most cases.

Excellent product! It was a little difficult to master the app and I wasted it. Instructions on how to use the package would be nice. (I've searched the web and found instructions for a similar product.) Would also have preferred an available 1" width. I had to cut 1" wide strips to make a window trim on my 2015 GMC Canyon as 2" was too heavy too machine, attach and then trim. Pre-cutting the 1" strips made the job a lot easier.

I ordered two rolls of 2" x 25ft 3M 1080 from Gold Label Detailing to remove chrome from my Tesla Model 3 but they never came (apparently lost in USPS country) so I order a roll of this and it arrived quickly. I also ordered a 5ft x 1ft roll of the previous 3M 1080 for the triangular curve on the rear doors as I didn't want a seam line. I immediately noticed that 3M vinyl tape was not much stiffer than 3M and unlike smooth 3M had little texture. I've tried cutting this product with 3M knifeless

Great product. I find too much chrome a bit distasteful so I used this product to tap the chrome around the windows, the chrome on the grille and also the chrome strip on the back of the trunk of my Chevy Impala. All right. That's the best I can say about it. I've used this brand before in large sheets for simpler projects than window coverings and it works great. It's kind of a cheap alternative to 3M, don't let anyone tell you it's good, it's a NO. Not as flexible and forgiving. If you stretch it too far it will permanently wrinkle or tear, while the 3M will stretch even more and allow for much better cornering.
