Works but with limitations

The device works with most Ford vehicles that use 11-bit CAN protocols; However, it has "network glitches" in the F-Series (I tested it on a 2006 F250 and a 2008 F350 - program blocked on both) and other Ford vehicles that use Ford's UBP, SAE J1850 PWM. All in all a "good" device, just need to add other protocols to make it compatible with most Ford vehicles, especially the F-series. I received a refund from Revain due to its limitations.

The software is useless for IDS on multiple hits from 6.0. It just freezes every time.

The software does not support a number of Ford trucks from 04 to 08, even more so. The program just hangs when you try to search for PCM, or even if you download the PCM information manually, the first test you try to run will cause the program screen to turn 95% blue and crash. (Doesn't cause a windows blue screen) I tried someone else's software and just used it as an adapter and it worked fine. But I bought it to use the included IDS software as I really need to do some testing.

The software is out of date /win10/ when updated/blocked as malware by Norton and Google

the goods arrived the next day, excellent. Opened the box and downloaded the software. tried to connect and was immediately told to update, otherwise it will not connect to the computer. It took me an hour to find what I thought was an OEM site and download the updated software. Now you are done. No, now it tells me a software key is required. and takes me to the mopar website to buy a key. 24/7 email with what was first described as the company's sales support line, and instead received a…

Worst, Most Confusing, Possibly Illegal Installation Possible

BUYER WARNING! The device comes with a small manual, which is obviously poorly translated from Chinese. The disc is no longer included and you will be redirected to a website or you will need to download programs. But every browser and antivirus goes nuts, and even if you try to bypass them, it seems like they create some kind of VPN to access ECU programming information from Ford database.
