VXi BlueParrott B450 XT Canceling Bluetooth Review

2 months of use and this product started to fail with noise reduction. I didn't recommend it. Poor customer service from Revain. I suggest buying the same product from another place that takes care of customer needs.

This headset did not come in the original packaging. You just put it in a ziplock bag and it was like needed. I'm not a stick person so I said I can use it but ALSO LOW BATTERY LIFE ALSO NOISE CANCELLATION IS NOT A GOOD EIGHT. I CANNOT GET GOOD SOUND. So I still use it, I think it's original.

1 star for early shipping but buying refurbished headphones was the worst. The product was very dirty, greasy and scratched, it didn't even have the brand name letters on it. I'm refurbished, a little used but never thought I'd get a dirty greasy one. I tried cleaning it and wasn't happy with how it turned out. Please try to at least disinfect the product before reselling it. Maybe buy a new one.

This is a great headset, it's really good but a few extra features make it great! It has excellent noise cancellation, but I turned the volume up high and it's hard to hear at times, so it would be great if it were a little higher. The biggest problem is that you can't call anyone on your contact list with this headset, only the person you last spoke to. It is very inconvenient to stop to get the phone and call someone.

Described as function tested and in new condition, the microphone turns on and off during a call. I've tried using this with multiple devices and checked for new software updates from blueparrot. I would absolutely love to keep this headset and get it working. But it won't work. I can't answer calls without turning the microphone on and off. Don't get me wrong, the headset blocks out most if not all of the noise in the office when in use. IF IT WORKS. Unfortunately mine doesn't work properly.

Compared to many I've tried, this headset is by far the best, although not without its flaws. The audio I hear is clear but slightly tinny, everyone hears me very clearly, and the noise cancellation is excellent. The landing is very tight and presses the head after about an hour. My ear and the opposite side hurt, so I keep rearranging it. Also, the headset buzzed every 15-20 seconds when out of range of your phone, and even worse when connected to two devices. Been wanting one for a long time! I'm happy like a little kid who gets a wish for Christmas! Another important thing is that with this B-450-XT I can listen to my radio through my phone! As I write this, I'm listening to a program on it. 1 bad experience was with PayPalCredit Revain, which probably has nothing to do with you as a provider. I was told my account was active, open and available but this purchase was debited from my checking account and I was not prompted to use my PayPal balance…

Active noise canceling seems very good and quite comfortable to wear. But despite the headset reporting that the battery was high, people couldn't hear me well after a few days - charging solved the problem, but the charge indicator seems inaccurate. However, it worked well for 4 days of moderate use. However, it doesn't stay upside down as much when I bend over, like picking things up, or moving around a lot.
