Item not as shown with metal screw mount instead of the often broken plastic mount - False advertising. Also, it arrived with a pronounced crease in the part when the OEM part is flat. As a result, it barely fits and is likely to fail prematurely due to this defect. Buyer Warning!

Seller was ok and delivered what was ordered. The product was exactly as pictured and in its intended location, but we also ended up breaking it. So I called KitchenAid and requested that they send me a mechanic to replace these brackets with metal brackets free of charge. Which they did with very little resistance when I pointed out that the presence of plastic brackets was an inherent flaw in the design of the dishwasher itself.

I bought two of these to replace the broken ones. Plastic parts become brittle and break off. The upper shelf then slides out of your hand when fully loaded. This is a new level of fear. When they arrived on August 2nd I didn't check if the wheels were held by the bolt as shown in the picture. I just installed them and got on with my life. Now, on August 30, the top shelf almost collapsed. Naturally. The plastic parts holding the wheel broke off. I am very disappointed in this product.
