The photos in the instructions are dark and don't give much detail. I watched a few videos on YouTube and figured it out with no problems. YOU NEED A 15 HEAD SCREWDRIVER. The videos said their kits have adapters to use with a Philips screwdriver, but this kit doesn't have an adapter.

This seems like a good solution for poorly designed original parts. They've only been installed a week but with no problems and they're a lot stronger than the plastic they replace. The instructions were terrible. It turned out to be an original color print copied in black and white. The pictures were useless. I had to figure it out without a guide.

Fits smaller KitchenAid 0.9" roller, model KUDS30FXSS4. The instructions aren't clear so you'll have to use your common sense and understand a bit of repair/mechanics to figure out how things fit. However, this is the ideal option. Much better than the cheaper plastic replacement which lasted 3 months - the bolt on the wheel has rusted and the plastic has broken.

Easy to install but not with the instructions you sent him. It was terrible. Everyone buying this is a good product but check out the installation video on YouTube. This is a lot easier to install than the dark paper pics they send. The regulator is much stronger than the original part that I had to replace.

I thought some metal parts would fit well but after assembly the frame has too much play. I'm afraid of breaking the plastic parts. I had to replace the part as the wheels fell apart. I bought hot tub parts that did the trick. This seller's metal is too thin, Whirlpool's is twice as thick. I think that's why there's a tighter fit.

You can see that everything is made of high quality materials. The main assembly structure is made of stainless steel, not plastic. Everything else is plastic, which seems reasonable. I threw the instructions aside and found out for myself. The images are very dark and difficult to see. The biggest complaint I had was the 2 screws on each side to attach the outer bracket to the inner bracket. I advise you to stay away from PartsBroz. I ordered a part from them because their Revain ad claimed it was a replacement for my broken original dishwasher part. First, the directions were terrible.
