The good news is this is a very well made product, much better than the original that came with my Kitchenaid KUDS30FXSSA which was all plastic and with wheels was. broke after a few years. This rack has key metal parts and is held together with screws, not latches. That would give five stars, but the product loses one, maybe two stars because of the incredibly terrible instructions. The text only comes with blurry photos of the process of each step instead of line art that would be sharp and clear. It's particularly hard to understand the words in the instructions since none of the parts mentioned are defined or identified on their own ("move the governor actuator past the positioner terminals") so you really have no idea what speak those words. do. Luckily, over time I was able to figure out how to assemble this thing myself (it's actually not that hard), but if you get easily frustrated this guide isn't for you.
