Easy to install. Easier than original parts and much cheaper to buy. I was a bit surprised that the design didn't match the original shelving system. Still works, but easier and cheaper to produce. There is no stand height adjustment.

They seem to be stronger than the factory rollers. The installation instructions were difficult to understand. The first video was sorted out in half an hour and the second took 5 minutes to install. It took some time to hold the stand up, wiggling and fumbling with the levers to get it to stop. The levers eliminate the space that used to fit two glasses.

The parts were just what I needed to repair my dishwasher. The instructions were readable. However, images of installation details and procedures were dark, fuzzy, and utterly useless. Luckily there are some good videos online that will walk you through the whole process and make it super easy. 10 minutes installation. Overall good value for money. Would have given 5 stars if the instructions had helped me in any way.

The first of these (by ami) didn't stay in the top position. This one did and it was half the price. I'm happy, but I have a plan in case it doesn't work anymore. I'm going to drill a hole in each locking mechanism, thread a nylon bolt through and secure with a nylon nut. Will not corrode or rust, easy to remove to lower the stand to the down position, easy to put back to raise and hold the stand. In any case, the rack is most often used in the upper position.

Don't skimp and try to save a few bucks like I did. Installation went fine (with help from YouTube, of course), but once installed it doesn't stay where you set it up. You can put it in the "up" position, but it's guaranteed to fall. It never "snaps" into place. After getting a replacement that did the same thing, I ended up returning both and buying the more expensive version, I'm sure you've stumbled upon it. Comparing these two models, it becomes clear which is better.

I bought this to replace a broken wheel. When I received it (and saw the rust-prone screw that others complained about) and how difficult it was going to be to install, a lightbulb went out in my head. I used zip ties to hold the wheels in place - plastic grommets that used to loosen and snap off to do this. This repair was a lot easier, cheaper and probably more durable than this replacement kit.
