I bought this to replace a broken wheel. When I received it (and saw the rust-prone screw that others complained about) and how difficult it was going to be to install, a lightbulb went out in my head. I used zip ties to hold the wheels in place - plastic grommets that used to loosen and snap off to do this. This repair was a lot easier, cheaper and probably more durable than this replacement kit. The wheels still spin just enough for the tray to slide in and out with ease. I'm keeping the kit even though I don't use it at all in case I run into problems in the future. But I recommend anyone considering this purchase to use zip ties instead.
