Bought this remote for my automotive power inverter and it just didn't work. Despite what the package promises, it wouldn't power up my car appliances, rendering it useless. Only positive thing was the sleek design. Unfortunately, it was not worth the investment.

My inverter is in a hard to reach spot and this switch makes it much more convenient to turn the power on and off. This switch also works with the 1000 pure line inverter although it is not listed in the listing description.

. The control panel has an RJ11 jack (telephone jack instead of the RJ45 ethernet jack) on the end that connects to the inverter but is hardwired to the control box itself. Most controllers use an RJ11 connector with a male connector on both ends. This means you have to re-route the entire cable when you install it to replace something else. or if you replace it in the future. A simple change will save you a lot of hassle.
