Cute and waterproof, ideal for raincoats

It's really cute and waterproof! My dog will wear it when it's up. This obviously doesn't protect their legs or paws, but it does help keep them warm by preventing their backs and tummy from getting wet. The hood also keeps water out of your ears. Great little raincoat!
