I received my order today amid this pandemic. I cut my hair right away. It worked, but I noticed that the teeth on the bits were bent on many of them. it still worked well for what I needed (considering I had never cut my hair before). I straightened my sides and back relatively easily. However, the curved fingers made slicing a little more difficult and time-consuming.
