These special blades are standard on Wahl Seniors (vacuum cleaners). The Adjusto lock is great for calibrating shear blades for a more precise cut. These blades cut through hair that is particularly difficult to cut like butter. I get about 600 cuts a month to keep my blades in tip top shape, I have to change my blade every 3 months. Therefore, this purchase is very valuable for me! I will definitely buy them again and again!

Based on the details of this product it should have worked perfectly with our model of Whal clipper. However, this is not the case. The husband carefully followed the simple instructions, the model number matches the compatible clippers, but they are noisy, cut the skin and cut normally. From the looks of it it's a lot worse than the blades we've had for 10+ years so we've ordered new blades. We were really hoping to get new blades and keep using these whale shears which should still be fine…
