These special blades are standard on Wahl Seniors (vacuum cleaners). The Adjusto lock is great for calibrating shear blades for a more precise cut. These blades cut through hair that is particularly difficult to cut like butter. I get about 600 cuts a month to keep my blades in tip top shape, I have to change my blade every 3 months.
