Not exactly a direct match.

I bought this for my 2006 RAV4 2WD 2.4L. Although listed as a straight fit, the bottom flange was 2.25 inches, while most gaskets were rated at 2 inches. The exhaust port might fit as it's flared, but I couldn't find a suitable gasket on Autozone. Also, it's not really a "straight fit". Maybe the exhaust manifold and bottom flange will fit, but you still have 2 heat shields and 2 heavy duty mounts which there are no hardware/mounts for (it only has an O2 sensor port).
