Worked. I did in the US. My only concern was the bolt heads would snap off before I could tighten them all the way, so I had to turn them upside down and tighten the nuts. It worked, but was annoying. I still can't tell if it's 13mm or 1/2. I think a 1/2" head will work best.

The photo sent with this product does not match what you will receive in the mail. Instead, they send a cheap alternative. The clip they send is stamped steel which has terrible clamping force compared to the clip shown in the product description. The break is clear. But if you're in a pinch or have very low expectations, this clamp will likely work. They rust in less than a year.
