🚀 Walker Exhaust 53686: High-Performance Resonator with Pipe Assembly for Enhanced Exhaust System Review

I bought this primarily for its fit and configuration. I just need a base resonator for my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan which is a handicap transporter. Low floor and custom exhaust. It just took a little rest and I did my job. A little more noise cancellation would be ideal, but that's the way it is.

As previously mentioned, this requires a 2.25" manifold and (2) 2.25" terminals to get the job done on a standard installation. My resonator arrived with a dented output tube. This item works as expected and is a good replacement for a stock setup, but a dented exhaust pipe would ruin my day if I didn't have the special tools to fix it. The resonator was obviously not packaged or properly cared for prior to shipping, which lowered my score.

I bought this after replacing the flex pipe with a Walkers part and finding another resonator leak. I thought it would be quick work. We cut the pipe after the resonator and unscrew it from the cat. But I was wrong. I was expecting the kit to have a pipe that fits into the existing exhaust pipe as the schematics show that only U-bolts are needed to clamp it in place.
