Not as advertised in Exhaust and Emissions

Not as advertised. Was listed as a bolt, He wasn't there! Arrived at the checkpoint with a huge dent. which was clearly too old to be mail-ordered. There was no CARB documentation, which only gave me a headache trying to pass the SMOG check. Comes with no gaskets or fasteners and the holes in the downstream flange are too large to reuse OEM bolts. I would not use this provider again and would recommend it.
